Ways to Recycle

We at That’s Rubbish suggest that you may try to recycle your couch by placing an ad in Craig’s list or by making a flyer and placing it at the common area mail boxes in your apartment building.  Donation of large furniture items such as a couch to be disposed can be difficult.  A number of the local charities such as BB , MH and Salvation army do not take large items like couches to be donated.  However, some charities do except them if you call ahead and they have room and are in very good shape.  The only problem is that you must get the couches to the local charity for them to inspect before they will except them.
