What does That’s Rubbish! do?

That’s Rubbish has been providing fast, affordable junk removal, residential or commercial clean-ups, and junk hauling for properties in the Metro Vancouver area since 1995. Our prices include our team loading the materials from anywhere on your property and providing a thorough clean up at the end of the job.

Do you Recycle?

• Yes! Your trash could become someone else’s treasure! We recycle more than 60% of all junk we take!

What type of materials do you take away?

• That’s Rubbish will haul almost all non-hazardous including construction and renovation waste, yard waste, household junk, and commercial junk. We will remove and dispose of old appliances, mattresses, old couches, electronics, garbage, junk, etc!
• That’s Rubbish also provides moving out clean ups or estate clean ups

Why would I use your service and not a Dumpster?

• With our junk removal service, we load all of your rubbish and clean up for you. Also, you are only charged for the volume that material takes up in the truck, as opposed to dumpster rental, where your are charged a flat fee regardless of how much material you have to dispose of.
• Secondly, a dumpster will sit on your property for the entire time of the garbage clean up while you load it. With That’s Rubbish, our junk removers are in and out quickly, and we of course do all the heavy lifting and loading for you.

How do you charge?

• Generally, we charge based on volume per truckload. However, if the material is extremely heavy, we include a surcharge based on weight. Check junk removal prices.

How much notice do you require?

• At That’s Rubbish, we get rid of your junk either the same day or the following day.

Do you offer scheduled appointments?

• Yes, we do offer scheduled appointments. However, since we do not know the exact size of every job before we arrive on site, we book our arrival in a two-hour window of time.

Do you take paint?

• Yes, we can haul paint cans. The price depends on how many cans you need removed, just ask and we’d be more than happy to give you an estimate.
